Verzehrempfehlung

Jeden zweiten Tag 1 Kapsel (322mg / 400 IE Vitamin E) mit 200ml Wasser zu einer fetthaltigen Mahlzeit einnehmen.

Hinweis: Die EU gibt die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge (NRV) mit 12mg Vitamin E an. Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung empfiehlt 12mg Vitamin E für Frauen und 14mg Vitamin E für Männer. Empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge nicht überschreiten. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
