A store that provides excellent support to its customers when it comes to problem-solving. In my case, a connector that originally didn't fit was able to be made to fit by supplying a suitable adapter. Thank you very much for your help.

Qualität sehr gut, Bestellvorgang problemlos, schneller Versand.

Here, I always find everything I need for clean drinking water. The dedicated men and women have been providing me with friendly and competent service for many years. Thank you.

We don't have it, we don't know it, we don't do it, etc. I've heard that too many times from other companies. But Ms. Barrera promised to take care of my older water filter and the dilapidated connection to the stainless steel housing. Yes, it's a bit old, and some things have changed over time. But with a few photos and some goodwill, I was finally able to receive a new, suitable hose set for my countertop unit. Pleasant communication, refreshing phone calls... if only things in the business world were always so relaxed and quick?! A very big thank you to everyone involved. LG from the north of Germany

Best price-performance ratio of all reverse osmosis systems. You'll pay three to four times as much elsewhere. We have been customers since 2006 and can unconditionally recommend the water shop. You won’t find decades of experience anywhere else. If water filters etc. then buy here. And thanks to the water shop for 18 years of top advice and cooperation

We bought our filter there many years ago and are still happy today. Spare parts and cartridges are no problem with our subscription service. Healthy water without the hassle :-)
Lina Köhler
The water shop truly offers a comprehensive service for healthy, filtered drinking water. They've been reliably delivering filters by mail for nine years, and I've never had a problem in all those years. Now, an employee from the shop on Uhlandstrasse even comes to my home and changes the tank and membrane—what service!
Stefanie Hartman
Outstanding service!! Always happy!! Thank you!!

A great store that I highly recommend! I was there on January 26, 2024, to buy a second faucet for our reverse osmosis system to replace a broken one. Since there are different models available, depending on the reverse osmosis system, and we also wanted to install a swirler, I needed expert advice. And this store offers that. The second faucet and the swirler are now installed, and we are very satisfied with the results. It's also fun to just look around the store, as there are a lot of things related to the topic of "healthy drinking water," but also other things that are of interest to environmentally and health-conscious people, including a variety of drinking bottles and very nice water carafes.

Since drinking water today, despite being thoroughly tested and monitored in Germany, can be contaminated with traces of medications, heavy metals, etc., or at least be contaminated, I was looking for a way to enjoy it as pure as possible. While researching online, I came across reverse osmosis and chose this as the method for enjoying my drinking water in its purest form. During further research, I came across the H2O water shop with its wealth of useful information on healthy water. It didn't take long for me to decide on a filter device from Dahlert. So I ordered it without further ado. Delivery was very quick and problem-free. Since I still had a few technical questions about the device, I contacted the water shop via email. Communication was immediate. I asked my question... and just a few hours later, I received a helpful answer. Unfortunately, there isn't a water shop near me, as I prefer to shop in person to get a first-hand impression of the seller, but in this case, I'm also very satisfied with the online purchase. Many thanks to the team... I will definitely recommend you. 👍

I'm very satisfied with both the products and the advice. The woman was knowledgeable and friendly. And the water whirlpool is great. I have one for the shower and one for drinking water, and in both cases, it makes a noticeable difference compared to before.

Thank you so much, Ms. Barrera, for the outstanding advice, service, and thoughtfulness. Even though I live in southern Germany, I would always recommend this H2O water store in Berlin. Now I finally have verifiably good, purified water. The reverse osmosis system was easy to install.

This time I ordered online again, meaning I've been a customer for years and have recommended the store when needed. I've been in-store several times. All the salespeople are very knowledgeable and can provide really good advice. The product range is very diverse. It's worth it! Thank you so much!
Andrea Siems
I highly recommend the H2O water shop. From consultation to installation, you always have a contact person very quickly, and you get immediate help. The products are of top-notch quality. The installation instructions for the devices are also very helpful.

Good advice! Very satisfied with the water filter!

A sealing ring broke during installation, and they even sent me two replacements. I'm speechless! Thank you, thank you, thank you. You can't find them online; poor service from Carbonit... Luckily, they have the H2O store.
Michael Kliesch
About six years ago, I received comprehensive information about all my questions at the store, and since then, I've had great water from the system I purchased there. Beyond the advice, I'd also like to thank you for the service whenever I needed support. An investment that has absolutely paid off for me. 🍀👏🌻

Finally we enjoy our tap water!!!! We'd had bad experiences with other providers before and were pleasantly surprised here. Nice, friendly, and patient staff. They found a great solution for our small kitchen, allowing us to install the reverse osmosis system. We'd be happy to use them again and recommend them 100 percent. :-)

Exemplary customer service! When my package was held at DHL for a while, they immediately inquired about it and resolved the problem. Thanks again!

When we were in Berlin nine years ago, we were looking for a way to try out a reverse osmosis system and the water itself. We went to a water store and were able to taste different systems and the water there, and then found the one that best suited our taste. We are very satisfied with the system; it keeps running and if we have any questions, the staff are always helpful and provide detailed answers.
Matthias Hellwig
Very good advice, and we were able to try all the filtered waters. We highly recommend the store!

Ms. Andrea Brauner is a highly qualified consultant with incredibly professional expertise. Her explanations are very easy to understand. She focuses precisely on the customer's needs. I think she has a professional answer to any question that has anything to do with water. We were thrilled and decided on the reverse osmosis system. We're really looking forward to ordering and installing it this month.
