Glucosamine is an essential, endogenous amino acid sugar with high structural viscosity (plasticity) and a precursor to hyaluronic acid. Glucosamine is considered a key building block for the synthesis of proteoglycans, and D-glucosamine sulfate is the bioactive sulfuric acid salt of the aminosaccharide D-glucosamine. Unlike glucosamine HCl, it contains organically bound sulfur.

Chondroitin is also an important component of proteoglycans, especially cartilage tissue. Unlike glucosamine, chondroitin is a long-chain sugar molecule.

Verzehrempfehlung

Täglich 1-2 Kapsel (entspricht je 600mg Glucosaminsulfat + 200mg Phytodroitin™ / Kapsel) mit 200ml Flüssigkeit zu den Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Bei Einnahme von 2 Kapseln empfiehlt es sich die Einnahme auf zwei Portionen z.B. morgens und abends aufzuteilen.

Hinweis: Empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge nicht überschreiten. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.

Verbrauchergruppen mit Rücksprachebedarf: Personen, die mit Cumarin-Antikoagulanzien (Blutgerinnungshemmern) behandelt werden, sowie Personen mit eingeschränkter Glukosetoleranz (Diabetiker) sollten vor dem Verzehr Rücksprache mit ihrem Arzt halten bzw. den Blutzuckerspiegel engmaschig kontrollieren.
