Organic sulfur

Sulfur is an important mineral and involved in many metabolic processes in our body. Sulfur is a component of amino acids and proteins, such as collagen, an important component of connective tissue and cartilage, hair, and nails. As part of sulfur bridges and a component of the amino acids methionine, taurine, and cysteine, it is ubiquitous in the body.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

Methylsulfonylmethane is also called organically bound sulfur because of its bond to hydrocarbons. The sulfur compound MSM has a sulfur content of 34%.
