Our Myo Complex for women, developed in close collaboration with Dr. Katharina Maria Burkhardt, supports normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes with vitamin A, and the regulation of hormonal activity with vitamin B6.

Dr. Katharina Maria Burkhardt has been working as a hormone scientist, educator, and supervisor for over 20 years, specializing in the research of hormonal imbalances and their impact on well-being. She heads the Bioidentical Hormones Network, is a speaker at various conferences, and is the author of numerous specialist books.

The combined composition of selected ingredients forms a unique and innovative formula. We use a hand-picked selection of our individual active ingredients from highly pure production: Vitamin B complex with vitamin B6 in the directly bioactive coenzyme form P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate); vitamin B9 as the patented premium active ingredient Magnafolate® Pro with bioactive L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF); and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin; vitamin C as the special active ingredient PureWay-C®: vitamin C coated with bioflavonoids and plant-derived fatty acids; vegan vitamin D3 from an exclusive, specially produced formulation; vitamin E as a natural complex of alpha-, gamma-, beta-, and delta-tocopherol; and vitamin A as bioactive, 100% vegan retinyl palmitate.

The complex is supplemented with important trace elements, including zinc as a high-quality amino acid chelate, zinc bisglycinate & selenium from selenium yeast, consisting of 84% selenomethionine and other forms of selenium. The complex also includes valuable plant substances and extracts, including Original Veri-te™ Resveratrol from fermentation with >98% trans-resveratrol, chasteberry extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.), with a standardized content of 5% of the valuable flavonoid vitexin, pure lady's mantle extract (Alchemila vulgaris L.) and shepherd's purse extract (Capsella bursa-pastoris), premium green tea extract with 99% tea polyphenols and 96% EGCG (epigallocatechin galate), linseed extract (Linum usitatissmum L.) 20:1 with a standardized content of 20% lignans, extracts of Agaricus blazei murril (ABM) and Reishi, standardized to 30% polysaccharides, especially the valuable beta-1,3- and Beta-1,6-D-glucans, quercetin and luteolin from extraction of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica) as well as citrus bioflavonoid complex with hesperidin and apigenin.

The composition is rounded off with the purely plant-based amino acids SAMe (S-adenosyl-methionine) from the fermentation of corn (without genetic engineering) as well as NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine), the stabilized form of L-cysteine, coenzyme Q10 as an oxidized, bioidentical form, ubiquinone from fermentation with the photosynthetic bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides, without genetic engineering, and reduced L-glutathione in the bioidentical form.
