OPC (short for oligomeric proanthocyanidins), also known as vitamin P, is a group of flavonols consisting of polymers of catechins and epicatechins. Proanthocyanidins are found in a wide range of fruits and plants, including the seeds and skins of grapes, berries, and citrus fruits, as well as in the protective bark of trees.

Each capsule also contains 50 mg of vitamin C, which also occurs naturally in pine bark, grapes, and other foods in natural combination with oligomeric proanthocyanidins. OPC is poorly bioavailable, so combining it with vitamin C can be very helpful.
