The ILP Premium-D is a sintered activated carbon block filter cartridge for drinking water filtration with a flow rate of approximately 5 liters per minute (depending on water pressure). It fits into the FINO-QC filter.

Carbonit® Monoblock : a baked block filter, award-winning and scientifically recognized: Combines the well-known adsorptive powers of sintered activated carbon (e.g., pesticides) with mechanical filtration (e.g., bacteria). (Not to be confused with loose fills of granulated carbon or extruded blocks.)

Areas of application

With a pore size of approximately 1.1 µm and high adsorption capacity, both dissolved pollutants (e.g. copper, lead, bacteria, drug residues) as well as particles and microorganisms can be removed from the water.

Notes

The filter cartridge must be replaced after 4 months (according to DIN 1988). In principle, 4,000 liters of water may be filtered during this time. However, an earlier replacement may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. This usually indicates an increased presence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.

For technical reasons, use is only permitted with cold water and must be protected from frost.
