ROWA Per 0.5 liters Disinfection set

7.5% hydrogen peroxide with 2x disposable gloves for cleaning and disinfecting filter systems.

e.g. disinfection on an Economy 3+ blue:

1. Shut off the water supply, drain the storage tank completely, and leave the tap open.

2. Before disinfection, any activated carbon pre- or post-filter must be briefly removed from the reverse osmosis system (hydrogen peroxide reacts with carbon!!! Note: the standard version only includes one carbon filter , namely the post-filter in the right-hand filter bowl). Close the post-filter bowl tightly.

3. Open the pre-filter bowl, empty the water (do not remove the fabric filter), and fill it with hydrogen peroxide (7.5%: approx. 200 ml). Use more or repeatedly for lower concentrations. Close the pre-filter bowl tightly.

4. Close the tap and turn the system's water supply back on. The system will now operate normally again. Once the storage tank has filled (takes approximately 2 hours), let the system stand for approximately 2-4 hours to disinfect.

5. Drain the storage tank and reinstall the post-filter.

6. The storage tank must be refilled and emptied after disinfection. Do not drink the water!

7. You can now continue working as normal and drink the water that is now produced.
