The water shop is a specialist store where we would like to provide you with in-depth advice and where you will be asked to operate and use the sample installations (water filters). With the reopening on April 22, 2020 , the following hygiene concept will apply at the H2O water shop until further notice:
1) A maximum of two customer parties (individuals, couples, or families – but not groups) are permitted in the store at any one time. A distance of 2 meters must be maintained between parties.
2) Wearing a face mask is mandatory. Only then can our staff provide you with in-depth consultations on the exhibits.
3) Upon entry, the hand disinfectant provided must be used.
This policy is intended to provide you and our staff with appropriate protection against infection with the COVID-19 virus while also enabling intensive consultations. We therefore ask for your understanding if our staff enforce these rules.
